Please note that a new laundry agreement has been reached with Fowler Laundry Solutions. They will be removing existing laundry equipment, painting laundry rooms walls ceiling and epoxy floors and installing brand new laundry equipment between March 24, 2025 thru March 31,  2025.  During the aforementioned work time period all three laundry rooms will be closed with no access.

Fowler plans to have all work completed by March 31 with laundry rooms reopening on April 1, 2025.  Once laundry rooms are reopened all existing unit owners’ laundry cards will work on brand new equipment.

We hope you enjoy the experience of the new equipment and updated painted laundry rooms and hope the work in the laundry rooms does not cause to many inconveniences to you.

Recycling: All recycling must be deposited in the blue containers. All newspapers and cardboard must be bundled and tied and placed in the recycling shed.

**Residents are advised to always lock their doors and remove personal items from their vehicles, including key fobs when parked.
