Snow Procedures

♦ Main roads will be cleared once snow accumulates two inches. 

♦ Roadways will be cleared by 6:00am and up to 9:00am to allow residents to leave for work. 

♦ Roadways will be cleared from 4:00pm to 7:00pm to allow residents to arrive home. 

♦ Sidewalks and Steps will be cleared immediately after snow ceases and shall be completed no later than 8 hours after snowfall ceases. 

♦ Parking Areas will be cleared twelve hours after snowfall ceases and when parking areas are least congested. Cars should be moved to Pitney Place to allow Parking Space Clean Up. (Depending upon the time of storm ending will determine what time of day we will be back to clear parking spaces)

Recycling: All recycling must be deposited in the blue containers. All newspapers and cardboard must be bundled and tied and placed in the recycling shed.

**Residents are advised to always lock their doors and remove personal items from their vehicles, including key fobs when parked.
