Snow Protocols

If there is icy precipitation or less than two inches of snow, the community will NOT be plowed. Per the board’s discretion, the snow removal company may be authorized to treat the community with ice-melting agents. Parking spaces will NOT be cleared in this case. If there are more than two inches of snowfall, the snow removal company will come to the community with snow plows. During the snow storm, the plows will clear the roads only. Typically, they clear a path down the middle of the road. Once the storm has stopped, the steps and walkways will be cleared. The following morning, the parking spaces will be cleared. All residents should ensure that their cars are moved by 9:00 am so that the parking spaces can be cleared properly. Please keep in mind that not every parking area or walkway can be done first. The contractor has been instructed to start at different areas in the community for each storm, to be fair to all residents. Containers of ice-melting agents have been provided throughout the community for the residents’ use. Feel free to use it whenever necessary. It is safe for pets and plants. Rules Regarding Barbecue Grills

Recycling: All recycling must be deposited in the blue containers. All newspapers and cardboard must be bundled and tied and placed in the recycling shed.

**Residents are advised to always lock their doors and remove personal items from their vehicles, including key fobs when parked.
